Sony Alpha 99 DSLR Camara
Sony anunció de manera oficial la nueva adición a su gama de cámaras reflex, la nueva Sony A99 DSLR está equipada con un sensor de 24.4 megapíxeles de imágen, mide 147 x 111 x 78 mm de tamaño, con un peso de 812g con batería, y una tarjeta de Memory Stick PRO Duo instalada.
La cámara incluye un sistema de autoenfoque de 18 puntos, que combina con sus once sensores en cruz; también soporta ISO 50-25600, y tiene un modo ráfaga de 6 fps o 10 fps en Tele-zoom modo de alta velocidad, para la captura de los sujetos en movimiento rápido. El video se puede grabar en 24p, 25p, 50p, 60p en alta definición completa con enfoque automático continuo.

Sony Alpha A99 presentada oficialmente con un sensor de 24,3 MP Full Frame
Sony ha presentado finalmente su nueva Full Frame, la rumoreada y más que desvelada Alpha A99. Sustituta de la A900, este nuevo modelo llega con un sensor Exmor de 24,3 megapíxeles y sensibilidades de hasta 102.400 ISO, aunque principalmente destaca por la incorporación de un sistema de autoenfoque dual basado en dos sistemas de detección de fase, uno de 19 puntos (como el de la A77) y otro nuevo de 102 puntos de detección. Pero la capacidades de esta A99 van más allá de la fotografía, ya que cuenta también con un modo de grabación de vídeo a 1080/60p y 24p en formato AVCHD 2.0 con la posibilidad de reproducir los archivos directamente en una pantalla a través de la salida HDMI.

Entre la interminable lista de prestaciones, encontramos un disparo de ráfagas de 6 imágenes por segundo, RAW de 14 bits, GPS, micrófono, salida de auriculares y micrófono, pantalla plegable giratoria con 921.000 píxeles de resolución y el mismo visor OLED incluido en las A77, NEX-7 y NEX-6. Teniendo en cuenta la incorporación del espejo translúcido, la eliminación del pentaprisma ha permitido que el peso de esta A99 esté controlado, siendo inferior al de las Nikon D800 y Canon 5D Mark III. De momento Sony no ha especificado la fecha exacta del lanzamiento de su nuevo buque insignia, con un precio de 2.800 dólares
